One-On-one Coaching

A process used to take an individual or business owner from where they are now to where they want to be, by facilitating the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning, and personal and professional growth.

A coaching session will typically take place as a conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached), and it focuses on helping the coachee discover answers from within. After all, people are much more likely to engage with solutions that they have come up with themselves, rather than those that are forced upon them.

I look to take a positive proven approach for helping others explore their goals and ambitions, and then achieve them.

ELI Assessment and Debrief

ELI (Energy Leadership Index) is an attitudinal assessment that describes the lenses/filters through which leaders typically approach certain situations, projects, or tasks. Energy Leadership is the process that develops a personally effective style that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but those with whom you work and interact, your organization, and even your family and friends.

We are all leaders in some form or another and leading is the way we help move people, including ourselves, into action.

Group Coaching

Group coaching refers to the practice of working with multiple individuals simultaneously, regardless of whether the participants are working toward individual or common goals. The benefit of group coaching allows for the participants to not only learn from the discussion between themselves and the coach, but also leveraging the learning and contributions of others to the discussion, in a way that engages and benefits all members of the whole group.

Group coaching is a partnership between a coach and a group of approximately 4 to 8 like-minded individuals where each participant begins by determining what they want to achieve and then creates a detailed plan to achieve it. Together, participants explore leadership issues and work towards key professional development goals.
